Our Mission

LCC is dedicated to providing quality career, personal, and organizational counseling and consultation to individuals facing major life transitions and wanting to experience fullness in their lives.

Our Affiliation

LCC is an associate organization with the American Association of Christian Counselors.  As such we adhere to the ethics and code of conduct of the AACC.  LCC  believes that proper counseling that involves a major life transition or adjustment of any kind has to performed in the context of the complete individual.  This involves intellectual ability, temperament, spiritual beliefs and the physical self.  Click here for an example of a Major Life Transition.

Conveniently Located

LCC is located in San Bruno CA.  Our staff represent a broad base of professionals experienced in career and personal counseling.  Our organizational development branch works with companies desiring to increase efficiency and communication in their work environments.  In additional to his duties as Executive Director of LCC Mr. Grier is the Director of Work Transition Services a north county non-profit that helps youth with disabilities and major life barriers achieve independence and self sufficiency.

Staff

Executive Director- Mr.  Jim Grier  M.S.  Counseling. Mr. Grier has worked in the field of counseling since 1990.  He has directed several non-profit organizations and served as a vocational expert for the Social Security Administration since 1996.
